I started working for Fleet Feet in 2013 and am the store’s Training Group Manager. I am a mother of two that likes to stay active, so Fleet Feet Running Club and it’s training programs are the perfect fit for my life and the kids love to join me at the group runs. You may have seen me running the North Augusta Greeneway with my 2 kids behind me in their wagon.

I am originally from the UK and moved to Augusta in 2010 with my husband and 2 dogs. I have worked at Fleet Feet since 2012, I took part in several of the training groups and was offered a job. I have made some wonderful friends through working at the store and the training groups. I have done several half marathons, ragnar relays, spartan race, several triathlons and even tackled an Ironman 70.3. I love hanging out with my husband and now 3 dogs, eating Mexican food (well any type of food) and friends.
Paul Cavallaro - Inventory Manager & FIT Specialist
A New Jersey native and father of 2 adult children, I am a 24-year veteran of the US Navy submarine force, retiring from active duty in 2014. In 2016, after 12 years in Hawaii and 2 interesting years as a high school teacher in Honolulu, I moved to Evans for a new adventure. Since embracing running for fun in 2006, I have finished races of various distances, highlighted by surviving the Honolulu Marathon 3 times. When I’m not helping customers in the store, I spend my time running at the canal, working out at Evans Fitness, watching baseball or cooking on the grill with a glass of red wine in hand. I am exceptionally lucky to be part of the Fleet Feet Augusta family and look forward to immersing myself in the local running community!

Everything to do with running is a huge part of my life and it has given me the bestest of friends . I love working at Fleet Feet because it allows me to hear everyone’s running stories. Listening to how people started running or their most recent race result never gets old because no two people have the same story. I am a runner, ramen eater, Gossip Girl fan and tech head. My running style is best described asstartled gazelle. I'm fueled by craft beer, funk music, and hotcheetos.

Fitness is a salient part of my life. I am by no means an Olympic athlete; however, I am an avid runner. I have competed in many races (5Ks, 10Ks, and half marathons) and will continue to do so. My current goal is to run a 5k in at least fifteen minutes. Aside from being an avid runner, I am a nationally certified Advanced EMT and U.S Army Combat Medic.
