Couple's Fitness Challenge

Bring a friend, date, spouse, family member, or co-worker and participate in our Valentines Day Couple's Fitness Challenge. What is a Couples Fitness challenge? Fleet Feet's Couples Fitness challenge will consist of a 1 mile warm-up/cool-down and 8 challenges. At each challenge a couple has an opportunity to win conversation candy. The couple with the most conversation candy wins! We will have 14 lucky conversation candy winners!  

The 8 challenges

Challenge 1: Couples 1 mile predictor run - Predict your partners 1 mile time. The closest predicitions win! 

Challenge 2: Tree Pose - Goal is for each partner to hold tree pose as long as you can. 

Challenge 3: 20 Squat Challenge - complete 20 squats

Challenge 4: Burpee challenge - predict your partners burpees! (We don't mean burps here)

Challenge 5: 100 meter Three legged race - work together with three legs and cross the 100m line

Challenge 6: 200 meter egg race - will both of you have both eggs at the finish line?

Challenge 7: 100 meter couple shuffle - coordination is key here! 

Challenge 8: Valentine's day costume judging - Dress up with a Valentine's Day theme and win best dressed! 

The event will begin and end at Fleet Feet Sports. We will provide chocolate, mimosas, and light refreshments. If you would like to send or have a gift ready at the event for your partner, then e-mail jen@fleetfeetaugusta.com with details!
