For example, a 200 pound person would need 100 ounces of water (or light/no calorie) sports drink per day.
This is without exercise or drinking any diuretics such as tea, coffee, soda, or alcohol.
Stay hydrated and you'll reduce you likelihood for running injuries, reduce sluggishness, feel more full, and your skin will even look better!
