Join us for an informative injury prevention clinic with an emphasis on stretching and foam rolling presented by Dr. Jason Rueggeberg and Natalie Kurilko, LMT.
Meet Dr. Jason:
Dr. Jason developed an interest in Chiropractic during his years as an assistant researcher at the Medical College of Georgia where he became increasingly aware of conventional medicine’s limitations in its approach to pain relief and achievement of good health. He began his Chiropractic studies at Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida, and later transferred to Life University, Marietta, Georgia, where he graduated with his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2009. He practiced in Virginia and Ohio before returning “home” and opening Evans Injury Chiropractic in February 2017. He is passionate about helping people achieve their health goals so their bodies can perform at peak performance. He specializes in injury rehabilitation and is focused on creating achievable patient plans to cater to people “on the go.”
Before moving from Ohio to Georgia in April 2011, Natalie was a therapist at an Akron area massage clinic and also acted as Team Massage Therapist for the Bike Authority-Fleet Feet Triathlon team. She was chosen to serve at events such as Ironman Louisville, Morgantown MedExpress Half Iron, Rhode Island 70.3, Potomac River Swim, Cleveland Marathon, Akron Marathon, Gatorfest Savannah River Swim, TriCoachGeorgia Augusta 70.3 Training Camp and others. Since moving to Augusta, Natalie has partnered with Fleet Feet Sports Augusta Training Groups and TriAugusta Triathlon Club. She has also expanded her practice, providing injury prevention, massage, self-care, stretching and running physiology clinics for both human and equine groups.
